The excerpt is a single-speaker commentary (labeled SPEAKER A) referencing Brian Armstrong’s “one-person product/team” idea and arguing that AI tools let individuals ship much more on their own. The speaker notes rising demand for AI-skilled, solo-capable talent and emphasizes creating conditions to maintain output without causing burnout.

You know, Brian Armstrong, the CEO of and co-founder of Coinbase, introduced this concept known as the one-person product team, right? Or the one-person teams, because that one person now can do so much more. I just look at a lot of the things that I shipped on my own this week where I just didn't want to wait. And that is happening now, right? So I think the demand for AI-pilled talent is continuing to rise and it's going to continue to rise because these people can do so much more. I think the key thing is how you create the conditions where they can continue to do good work and do more, but you don't want them to burn out.
