Eric Siu explains why almost nobody is using Claude Code yet, even though it's becoming more capable. Only 0.3% of people pay $20 a month for it. He's testing it with two clients and thinks builders should start creating scaffolds around it now.
Money amplifies your nature. AI amplifies your intelligence. You only have 0.04% of people using coding scaffolds right now, meaning Claude Code. Only 0.3% of people are paying $20 a month. If you can get here, you're going to be unstoppable. It's too early for the clients right now because we're piloting for the clients. So here's what I'll call out. As of this video right now, the Claude Code has gotten way more powerful, maybe 8, 9 weeks ago or so. Open Claude maybe got really popular. I want to call it like 6, 7 weeks ago or so. And then just now we're piloting on, on 2 clients right now, but we're all in on our own stuff. The cool thing is if you try this for yourself and you build the scaffolding, you're going to be doing this for your customers as well.
