What else are people getting from working with you? We're winners. That's the number one thing. I tell every single one of our founders, I'll never let you fail. Nobody's failed yet? No. Okay, they're all profitable. Now, why will I not let it fail? Because every business that we start, I'm very intentional about. It's a business that I know that if absolutely I need to, I can spend 100% of my time and I will make it successful. But the whole promise and the whole idea of a partnership is I'll never have to do that because our founders are so strong and they're constantly improving and they're the closest to the problem. The number of times they have to call me dwindles down over time. And so I always say that like, our job is to put a business into business, and then eventually get fired.
