We're just talking about our philosophy around real estate. I'm just like, if real estate's your main business, fine, right? Sure, you're gonna get a better return than like your 6% cap rate, right? Or 5%, whatever it is. But my philosophy, and we can debate on this, right, is like, if your main business is something else, your return is gonna be much better. I agree with that.
I think if you're really good at something else, focus on that one thing that you are good at, because that will probably pay way more dividends than like you trying to like dabble in the real estate market when you don't really understand the real estate market.
