Would you prefer to have a team or to do what you're doing without a team? It's going to be a biased answer no matter what. I would prefer to have a team because I like the idea of coaching high performers. I really love learning and teaching. So someone that's really high level, I get a lot when I see the light bulb moments and I see when they're, when they're producing, right? They're coming up with ideas. I get a lot of energy from that. It's just what I enjoy at the end of the day.
