Today I'm going to walk you through exactly how to set up AI agents using the biggest agent platforms out there. We're going to dive into Lindy, Replit, and Claude, and we're going to talk about which one is the best platform for you. And I'm going to show you exactly how I build these agents to drive results for my business in minutes. Let's get into it. Okay, so the first one is Lindy, and Lindy is the easiest one to start off with first of the 3. So I'm going to walk through that.
So this is lindy.ai, and those of you that haven't seen the interview that I did with CEO, go ahead and check out the video that I did with their CEO. Um, it's basically how to set up AI agents in minutes. And the reason why I like Lindy so much is because I'm basically logging into it right now. You can hit new agent. They have a lot of different templates that you can work off of. So for sales, you have a sales meeting recorder, outbound phone call agent, and you can work off of these. Um, now look, if I wanted to build an agent right now, let's say I wanted to build like a, you know, simple meeting recorder, for example, I can literally dictate out what I want and And it'll do it for me. So I'm going to use my tool called Super Whisper for dictation. And here we go. I want you to build a meeting preparation bot for me to show me who I'm about to meet with and tell me interesting facts around them, you know, find their social media profiles as well. And then any interesting facts that they might have posted to social, such as LinkedIn or X or any of these platforms in the last, you know, 30 days or so. And then obviously, I want you to tie it in with My business is and, and figure out if there's any interesting angle that we can touch upon. And my business is Single Grain. Go ahead and ask me any clarifying questions before you put this agent together. Okay, so watch. Now let's ask me some clarifying questions. So how do you want this bot to know when to prepare for a meeting? Should it automatically check your calendar daily or trigger a specific time? Um, yeah, like 1 hour before, for example, right? I would like this bot to help me prepare for a meeting. Just check my calendar daily. And then trigger 1 hour before the call. And delivery method, I would like this information to hit me through email. And then I also like to get a Slack message as well. And any other platforms? Yeah, you can check Instagram, you can check LinkedIn, X, those are probably the primary ones. Maybe if they have a YouTube channel. If you think about me as Eric Siu, that's S-I-U, how we might potentially collaborate together and how I can potentially help this person, right? Because we want to help people before we ask for anything. So you can look at Single Grain, you can look at Eric Siu, you can look at all the things that I work on. And then this should also just be sent to me personally. So I'm going to answer these and then I'm going to hit the build agent button. Check this out. So now it's building the agent, right? Going to hit go to agent and you can see it should start to work. This is where I need to say yes. And by the way, when you use Lindy, you can see that it uses credit. So you just got to be careful when you run these. You don't want them to run in like an infinite loop. And I would just encourage you to start off with the templates initially. You can build a workflow, but you can also rebuild workflows or you can edit templates that are out there already and you can edit it to your liking. So maybe there's things that are missing, things that you might want to add to a workflow. You can do it without having to think about all the complex logic and moving things around or thinking about just features or just definitions that you don't understand and go from there. Check this out. It literally just said on a recurring schedule, it's going to view events, it's going to lock in with my calendar, and it's going to search Perplexity on that person. And then this is an agent swarm over here, which means that these are going to run in parallel, Um, it might search their X on one occasion, it might search their LinkedIn at the same time. It's not going to do it all at once. That way you're not overwhelming, um, the bot with too many queries at once, right? It's better that you separate the, the workflows. This is just the power of it. And then I can go in there, I can start editing these things over here. Um, you know, search complex— perplexity. I can edit this over here. I can— these queries in here, I can make changes to it. But the point is, I'm gonna mess with this later, but the point is Very quickly you can spin these up. And I think that it'd be helpful for you if you're spending, I don't know, a couple hours a week building stuff like this and think about the most annoying, the most rote tasks that you have going on. And then think about how you can use a product like Lindy to help you get to the next level. Everyone's talking about AI right now, but people are struggling to prove the business ROI of AI. Now with Single Grain, which is my ad agency, that is not an issue because we try to stay at the forefront of AI.
We leverage AI not only to make our team more efficient and faster, but to make your business more efficient.
And the things that we do around marketing, it's still our bread and butter, but when we combine that with our AI prowess, that's what allows our clients to grow a lot faster. So if you're interested in learning more, if you're interested in acquiring customers faster, go to singlegrain.com. Again, singlegrain.com, and we'll see you on the other side.
All right, so the next platform is Replit, and Replit has gotten way better. I mean, imagine that you can just dictate what you want and an app can build itself. it can build it fairly autonomously. So it's going to continue to improve and they are enhancing it almost on a day-by-day basis.
Replit is interesting to me because you can actually build autonomous agents now, right? Look, I'm logged into a web app, data app, and it's like you can vibe code with this thing. You can actually make legit— like if I click on agents and automations, I can make a Slack bot if I wanted to. And I'm actually going to show you one of my Slack bots over here called RecruitMate. And you can see in the playground, this is what it looks like. And I can literally ask it questions on, you know, help me find You know, help me find 3 paid media people in Los Angeles with at least 2 promotions at 2 different marketing agencies, right? So the idea is that we're going to push this to Slack and everyone can use this. Now, Lindy has these workflows that can repeat, but these are agents that can work autonomously and you can have this code by itself fairly autonomously, or you can decide if you wanted to check in with you more. So I'm going to, I'm going to mess around with this right here and see if this is this playground environment is actually working, but we're actually playing around this with our Slack right now. And so the idea here is that, okay, for me, I'm just thinking about, okay, what are our issues right now? We definitely need to recruit more people. It would be interesting if we can have people query data about their customers or query data about the company and come up with interesting strategies. That's another thing that can happen as well. Check this out. I don't know if it's hallucinating over here, but it actually gave me a couple of examples. So like, This guy Alex Johnson over here, senior paid media manager, promotion count 3, agency experience score 86 out of 100. But you can continue to build on this and you just kind of go back and forth with this thing saying, hey, like, you're hallucinating here, this is not working, whatever. What I would say is if you're not technical like myself, you probably need to, you know, go— there's going to be more and more of these developers that you can hire that can finish the last mile of whatever it is that you're trying to vibe code. But if you can get it 80% of the way there and you have people that you can hire to finish it off for you and maybe it doesn't cost you that much money, then I think it's worth it, right? Because you're ultimately solving problems and it's ultimately stuff that you don't want to be doing. So that's Replit. And Replit is very much one of my favorites when it comes to vibe coding.
And then last but not least, I want to show you how you can build subagents using Claude Code. And so in my situation here, I'm using Claude Code with a combination of Cursor, which is a coding editor, and then I'm also using it with MCPs. MCPs MCPs are model context protocols, and they allow your applications to talk to LLMs and vice versa.
And I'm going to show you how it works right now. I use it to call on my MCPs. So I call on model context protocols. So I'm basically, I'm just having Claude Code connect with the different types of apps that I have. And so I have a lot of different options here where I can, I can have Claude Code spin up these subagents and use these MCPs. And for example, look at all the data that I have in my Google Analytics, my Google Search Console, and then pull data from my SEO tool Ahrefs and then come up with a brand new SEO strategy. What are the highest leverage things that I can be doing? What are the highest leverage things that we can be attacking? So you can see how these things all start to connect with each other and you're basically spinning up these employees in a matter of minutes. This is a little more advanced. It probably took me 4 to 5 hours of setup and I basically had to hire a developer off of Upwork to help me set this up. I did a Zoom screen share with them and then I gave them control of my computer. There are MCP directory websites that you can pull different MCP just configurations from, and then you can hook it up with Cursor. Cursor is an IDE that you can use, and then you would leverage Claude Code. So there is a little bit of technical know-how here. So I would say that it's been good for me because I can, I can pull data up quickly and I can— for me as a business owner, I want to get data very quickly and I want to be able to make decisions quickly so the company can move faster, so we can make mistakes faster, we can get to wins a lot faster.
So this is just scraping the surface right now. If you can spin up these subagents In minutes. And if you can create agentic workflows that continue to work for you 24/7, you are going to have a lot more leverage. And let's say you're working for a company, guess what? You've now just 10x yourself, 100x yourself. If you just continue to learn how to compound these skills, same thing for your business too. If you learn how to do this and you teach your team how to do this, your business is gonna become that much more powerful. So what I'm gonna recommend now is that you rewatch this video and maybe you start with Lindy first, start with Lindy, start to build out a couple agentic workflows.
Start to get your feet wet.
You're going to screw up quite a bit. The main thing is that you continue to have the agent refine for you over time. It's just a matter of clicking, prompting, and then refining it. And then you can move on to Replit, and then you can move on to the next level, which is Claude Code, MCPs, and Cursor. So that's what you should do next. And by the way, if you want to check out this next video over here on how we are actually thinking about 100x-ing our business and the actual workflows we have, you wanna check out this video over here where I did my solo talk at the HubSpot Inbound 2025 conference.
