It's like a Web3 Soho House that's not fancy. So what does that mean in simple terms? That's hilarious. Well, I'll give you some of the terms. So we offer our members both what I would call the digital club or the virtual club, right? The Discord, our private marketplace. But we also offer our members in real life clubhouse experiences. But what we did is we took the model of the traditional private members clubhouse Right, that's static, that you would go to, right? And instead, the idea is that the clubhouse follows its members. So it's a pop-up clubhouse. We decided for, you know, the inauguration of this clubhouse to open in Ibiza this summer. So that's where we're starting. But ultimately, the token holders, the members, will vote where the clubhouse pops up next.
