Engineers who think in systems, not tasks, create real leverage. The shift isn't replacing humans but replacing workflows with AI. Don't hire people for repetitive, robot-like work when you can automate the entire process.

I got a lot more leverage working with the engineers. That's right. Because they, they think about things in systems, right? They don't think about the task themselves. This brings me to a point, talking about replacing humans is like, it kind of sucks. But when you talk about AI replacing workflows and processes, that's what we should be thinking about. The resistance right now, because they tied their identity into doing the actual task themselves when it was never about that. But at the end of the day, you should be looking at replacing processes. You don't want to hire humans, like I said last time, to do robot work.
