You don't want to hire humans to do robot things because if you're hiring humans to do robot things, then that is low leverage. You want humans to do human things, which means strategy, which means you want them to do the thinking part, right? And arguably, I think us humans, we don't want to do a lot of these manual tasks. I think we're just so used to doing them. We've been doing them for such a long time. And that's not a great thing ultimately. One loop that we have running right now is a sponsorship loop I have. So a lot of people reach out to me for sponsorships, whether it's for the podcast or YouTube channel. Whatever it is exactly, and I don't want my team dealing with it. I also don't want to deal with it. What happens is I have a bot that will, or the loop rather, a loop that will respond. So it'll look through my emails and then it'll draft responses. And not only that, it learns over time too. The key thing is when I have this loop running, it's constantly getting better.
