The excerpt is a short dialogue between two speakers discussing strategy as a form of philosophy — a "philosophy of becoming" — and making assertions about the future impact of AI agents (e.g., talented workers commanding AI agents while less-skilled people work for AIs). The content is topical (strategy, AI/agents) and presented as a conversational exchange between two unnamed speakers.

When we come up with a strategy, we are making assertions about how the world is and how the world will be and what the world will need, right? So you and I were talking about AI and agents. One of your assertions about the future is that talented employees are going to have plenty of AIs who are working for them with agents that they program to do things, whereas untalented or unskilled people are going to spend their time Working for an AI, right? Those are assertions that you can build a strategy around.
Yep. And so you would say then, if I'm thinking strategy is a way of thinking, then ultimately strategy is philosophy at the end of the day, right?
Mm-hmm.
That's exactly right. It is a philosophy of becoming.
