The ultimate AI marketing strategy is officially here. If you want to move strategically at a faster speed than ever before, and you want to make more money than ever before, this video is for you. In this video, I'm going to show you how to leverage AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, MCPs to build your marketing command center. This is going to help you move 10 times faster, 100 times faster. I guarantee you this is one of the highest leverage things that you can do if you want to make more money. My agency has been working on this strategy for the first half of this year. And it's been created through real testing used within our agency on our own clients and ourselves. And I'm super excited to share So let's dive into the future of AI-powered marketing. So number 1 is building your marketing command center. So the way I look at this is I used to play online poker back in college. I used to have multi-tables open. We're talking like 16 tables open at a time. Some people had 48 tables open at a time, multi-screen monitor. I'm just like, well, you know, I felt like I was like I had a command center and I had a heads-up display that was showing me what I should do in certain situations, how each player played. I think that's going to happen in business. So when you leverage AI products like Cursor, which is an IDE, and you leverage Claude Code— so Claude Code will allow you to centralize all your marketing operations. When you use Claude Code, Cursor, you can create these sub-agents, right? The beauty of these sub-agents is that you can spin them up within 2 to 3 minutes or so, and I'm going to show you how as we go through this video. And this will ultimately transform how you manage your business, especially on the marketing side around content creation, data analysis, lead generation. You're gonna have a single unified system. It's just easier to work within this thing, right? And I'm not saying this is the end-all be-all. Sure, you might be using agentic workflows in some cases. You'll probably still have agents running as well. But these, these sub-agents are super helpful because You can spin them up quickly. And these are just prompts and you can continue to optimize these prompts over time. You're also going to leverage MCPs, which are model context protocols that allow Cursor and Claude Code to talk to the products that you're paying for, the products that you're using. And this allows it to, you know, scrape the web. It allows you to talk to your different analytics products or your CRMs that you have, just ultimately drive more efficiency. Because if they can't talk to each other, you're not going to be able to do things. The command center is the overarching piece of this video. And then I'm going to show you some examples, some things you can do. And hopefully that's going to give you other ideas for what you can execute on. And I'm telling you, this stuff is not that hard to do. I'm going to show you how you can do it as well. So one of the first clones you can make here from a marketing standpoint is, is you can actually duplicate your marketing teams by creating multiple sub-agents for different tasks. So the first thing here that I want to show you around cloning is actually cloning your competitor strategies, looking at what people are doing well and looking at what you can replicate. So you can look at how much you're spending on ads, what are they doing from an SEO standpoint. You can also look at what people are doing well from a short-form video standpoint or long-form video. You can do all of this. So I'm going to show you how. Appify or API-ify. In this case, I actually had it scrape Google Ads to look at Google Ads library. And you can obviously just open up Google's Ads library if you want, but I'd rather just work within a terminal. And so in this case, I did this for fun, but Podcast Co-host Neil's over here. You got Power Digital, you got Tenuity, you got Siu Interactive. Again, I don't look at all of these as direct competitors, but I wanted to see what they're running from a paid ad standpoint. And so you can see for Google Ads, Tenuity is running 42 paid keywords, roughly driving 4,300 visitors a month. I think this is pulling from Ahrefs or maybe just, maybe just Apify scraping it. I'm not sure. And they're estimating they're spending $1,700 a month. They're driving them to 9 landing pages. Power Digital, 63 keywords, they're $1,500, $1,505, and then 3 pages. But it does show you tenuity. Here's what's happening right now. So primarily they're driving them to the services page and then they're going for marketing agency, Amazon, digital marketing, to-be ads. So it shows that they're going after streaming TV, right? Amazon and geographic focus might be Los Angeles. Not 100% sure. You're going to have to do more analysis there. And then these are the pages being advertised. But with Power Digital, I like their approach because it's very focused. And so they are going for digital marketing agency near me, digital marketing agency Los Angeles. Heavy focus on local search plus lead magnets, Los Angeles market, and then growth plan landing page. That's one. And then they have a CMO guide, which is lead magnet, right? So that's what I'd say. You can also have this happen for Meta. You can do this for LinkedIn as well. And so by— Apify can scrape a lot of different things, but you know, by showing you this, this is just actually just one of the MCPs and it's actually not one of the agents over here. For this next step with sub-agents, I want to show you how you can create a social media sub-agent and how it can help you with making it easier to repurpose your social media and content creation stuff, creating great outlines. Outlines too, because where we struggle mostly is creating great outlines, finding great hooks, finding great ideas. I don't think we do the best job with that right now. When you have something that can crawl the web, it can look at Instagram, it can look at YouTube, it can even look at LinkedIn as well to look at what's doing well, maybe in the last 30, 60, 90 days or so. That's super helpful because it saves you a lot of time, and you can even help have it help you rewrite things in your own voice based on how you might adjust the prompt. So let's get into it. I'm going to make a new agent with you real time right now, okay? And I'm going to generate with Claude. This, you can make the prompt manually yourself, or you can generate with Claude, and I'm actually going to dictate it out Right in front of you all right now. And so again, I'm using Super Whisper and I'm gonna, I'm gonna mention what I want to do. We want to have the ultimate content repurposing agent, and we want this to pull from my long-form YouTube videos, especially my podcasts that are long-form, maybe 30 minutes, maybe they're an hour, sometimes they're 90 minutes or so. And I want you to pull the best possible moments and I want you to give me 4 hooks for each viral piece of content. And I want you to score each concept 1 through 100 in terms of the virality potential. And then I want you to write the body copy too. I want you to do this for X. I want I want you to do this for LinkedIn, and I want you to write the captions for short-form video, that being TikTok Reels and YouTube Shorts. And I also want you to write a newsletter post for this piece as well. That's what I want you to create. I want a content repurposing sub-agent, and I want you to pull from different podcasts or YouTube links that I'm putting in, or maybe even podcast links that I'm putting in, and, or even content that I'm sharing. And I want you to repurpose for each channel. So, you know, if it's coming in from X, then I want you to repurpose it for LinkedIn and maybe repurpose it for short-form ideation. And if it's coming in from a long-form video YouTube, then I want you to repurpose it for the other channels and, and then kind of, uh, you know, have it be interchangeable. Okay, so I just dictated that out. It looks like it just came out, so I'm gonna hit enter and it's generating this agent now. So it's, it's really not that hard for you to create a sub-agent. It's, it's not as scary as you think it actually is, and the prompts that it actually creates is, is pretty damn good already. So we're going to run this for the first time. Okay, so by the way, this agent just finished building. Okay, so I'm gonna say I want it to have access to all tools And I'm going to continue. And then this one is around content creation. Maybe I'll have it be green. Content repurposing strategist. Okay. So agent has access to all the tools. Now I'm going to play around with this. And so maybe what I do now is I make a new instance. Okay. And then what I'm going to do is I am going to pull up one of my YouTube videos. Give me one second over here. So YouTube, and then I'm going to pull from Leveling Up, which is one of my YouTube channels. Go out there and subscribe. I'm going to pull from this one over here. That was, it's, it's a long form that I did with Neil from Marketing School. I am going to open up Cursor again. So I'll say, I want you to use the content repurposing strategist agent to repurpose this YouTube long-form podcast. And then you can see I just pasted it. And then now you have it working. And while I have it working, so you can see it's thinking over here, which is beautiful. Maybe I'll let it think. And by the way, I have all these other things, monthly HubSpot analysis, monthly Gong call breakdown, and then it can break down how we've been trending with conversions or who we should be following up with. What are they neglecting? leads? What are some other strategies we should be going after? All that stuff adds up. And so right now, this, by the way, so what's happening here is the content repurposing agent isn't among them. So sometimes it takes a while. Final step, I didn't confirm it, right? So now I just confirmed it. I'm going to try it again. Let's try again. I forgot to activate the agent. You can see how quickly you can make these, these sub-agents. And then one, you're going to get your analysis done a lot faster. I can hook it in with my QuickBooks. I can hook it in with my Stripe. I can hook it in with other, other tools out there. I can hook it in with the, I think there's a Clay MCP too, so I can have it prospect for me. I can have it help with recruiting, it can email those people too. I can have it message people on, on LinkedIn. I can probably have it text people too. So you decide how complex you want to, you want to make it and go from there. But look, it turns out, so I put the right, I just linked again and then this time it's working through the video. Okay. So it's, so it's figuring out its own way of getting through it, giving you 3 most key moments such as blah, blah, blah. Who's your target audience? Okay, great. Which approach works best for you? So I'll, I'll, I'll play around with this, but I think that's good enough for, for this video. Alright, so now that you've seen that, I want to show you how you can take it over to the SEO side of things and also the A/B testing side of things. Okay, I want to dive a little deeper into thinking about when you're coming up with different tests, looking at your own data, and then hypothesizing new tests to run, new pillar content to be creating, also looking at trending topics as well. And looking at if we're coming up with these different test ideas, how much more revenue we're going to make from each test, how much effort is each test going to take. And then this is where you can have SEO and A/B testing kind of merge together to have it help you come up with different SEO ideas and different CRO conversion rate optimization ideas, have each of these mapped out based on priority, based on all the things I mentioned earlier, revenue or impact, confidence, ease, ICE. By doing this again, you're no longer going to have to wait a very long time to execute. You can just have these happen. And by the way, when you watch this video, when I go through this part, this little screen share part, you're going to see that I'm going to show you how you can actually publish this content, create this content within this command center, and then publish it to your CMS. So in this case, we're using WordPress. So let's take a look. People talk about agents. It seems like this nebulous thing, right? But what you can see over here where my cursor is, is I have this A/B test orchestrator sub-agent over here where basically the objective for this agent is to come up with different A/B test ideas, right? So you can see over here, data analysis and hypothesis generation, that's your job. Test design and deployment, test monitoring and analysis, reporting and knowledge management, operational guidelines, and output format, right? Here's one of the A/B test orchestrators over here. This is just Me playing around with it, right? And so some of the ideas that I'll come up with over here, I was messing around with it and it said, okay, let's say it's scanned through your website, okay? And it figured out that one of your core goals is to get free consultations for your business or more leads ultimately. So then it figures out, okay, well, it seems like you have a big— your conversion rate sucks with this modal. So we have this modal on our website that doesn't convert that well. Okay. So only 248 conversions out of 71,000 opens in the last 30 days or so. So it's saying, hey, target improvement here is 40%. Let's, let's Let's, let's do that. Let's get it from 0.35% to 0.49%. And let's get a sample of 89,000 modal opens per variant. So test duration here is 14 days. Okay. Basically it's saying, hey, let's go ahead and change the modal to this. Let's simplify it. And this is one of the tests over here. I didn't really give it much of a spec. I mean, I basically dictated this out using Super Whisper, which is the tool that I use to dictate. And then it pulled this super agent or the sub agent over here and it came up with this idea. And then here's a couple other ideas over here. And in fact, what's going on right now, we're not implementing this idea, but we are implementing one of the ideas that it came up with the other day. But this is just an example of high leverage that you're going to get where it can quickly analyze your data, figure out what your goals are, and then determine, okay, here's the hypotheses, here's the outcome that we're looking for, and here's how long it's going to take. So I didn't need to dictate that overall, right? And there's a lot more that goes into this. It actually came up with ideas around impact, confidence, ease in terms of scoring and prioritizing different ideas that it has. And again, I didn't ask it to do that. It was, it naturally behaved as a CRO scientist, right? And so this is an example of what you can do. And let me show you, I'm going to give you another one over here. So we have this SEO conversion optimizer over here. And it basically created a programmatic SEO page for me here. And so what I had actually done was I said, hey, this is what one of our programmatic landing pages looks like. Can you make a page following this format for B2B marketing automation? So it actually drafted it out over here and it does seem to follow the structure of that page. Now imagine you as an ideas person, you as a marketing leader, or even you as a founder, if you want to get something done really quickly, you can push it to maybe one step before production, but you can get it right there. You can review it very quickly and have your team move a lot faster. And so ultimately we're going to be able to create things a lot faster. We're going to be able to Able to move a lot faster. And, and that's the beauty of this, right? I think with this, this sub-agent over here, it actually hooked in with Ahrefs MCP too. So the SEO tool, and we're just looking at trending upward content that doesn't necessarily have a lot of volume, pull the keyword difficulty as well and give me a future score. And it justified why it, why it's good, right? And so there's some good stuff in here that we might want to go after, such as like, let's say, I don't know, um, some, some type of B2B keywords, right? Or LLM personalization, personalized B2B marketing automation. Maybe there's, there's not volume for it right now, but there is going to be volume for it, right? Here's the problem with most marketing agencies. They don't understand what is happening with the world of AI. With my agency, Single Grain, we think about agentic workflows. We think about creating agents for the future. When we think about SEO, we think about creating different products such as internal linking products or content consolidation products. And on the other side of things, we think about building products such as Care. We just think about making marketing easier overall. If you want to stay at the cutting edge of marketing and at the same time leverage the power of AI, go to singlegrain.com and we'll see you on the other side. All right. So the next part I'm excited to show you. So even though we're talking about marketing here, you can't build a strong marketing team without having really good recruiting. And so we've used AI to really help us with recruiting, and we have very specific criteria that we look for. So we want people to have at least 2 promotions at 2 different companies. We want people to have tenure. We want people that maybe were alumni at certain companies or currently work at certain companies. And so there's certain things that we're very particular about when it comes to hiring. And so I'm going to show you the sub-agent that we built here. Something that you can use yourself, but not just scale out your marketing team, but scale out your team in general, because you are the team that you put together. You're only going to go as far as your team. So if you're not very particular about who you bring in, you're going to end up having the bozo explosion, having to undo the bozo explosion. Trust me, I've done it a couple of times. It's not a fun thing to do. And sometimes it takes years to undo that mistake. And so you want to watch this section. So let's get into it. Okay. So here's how Clay looks and more specifically Claygent, and this is how I'm using it for Let's say recruitment or lead generation. And so from a recruiting standpoint, we want people who have at least 2 promotions at a role. And so Claygent will actually help you find these people, right? So you can see it's this little, it's wearing a hat over here and you can see the reasoning. Okay. Does this person have 2 promotions? Okay. Yeah. Companies with 2 promotions. That's good. Okay. At least 2 promotions and confidence steps taken. So this looks good, right? So I can quickly remove the ones that that aren't, that don't fit, and then I don't need to manually filter. You can even have your recruiters do this. And then what it also does too is for this recruitment outreach, they'll say, hey name, I saw that you were ranked as 2x number 1 copywriter in Africa and the Middle East rankings over here. And congratulations, we're currently looking for someone to head up creative at Single Grain and Carrot. And if you know of someone who might be interested, I'd love to connect. And so it personalizes the initial part of it and then it just says what we're looking for. And that makes it a lot easier because, okay, one, you're personalizing at scale. Two, you're also making sure that you're filtering at scale too. And imagine like even this video that I'm making right now, I can then share this with an AI and they could just follow this process. And then you're going to have constant lead flow coming in, constant recruiting lead flow coming in as well. And I can tell you that when we email these people, The response rate is about 20% or so, and that's amazing. So that's it for this video. Now that you've got a strategy for this next year, I'd love to hear your thoughts on what you plan to add to your workflows. What are other workflows that you're planning to automate with AI? Drop a comment below. Look, if you're interested in learning more about Cursor and Claude Code, you wanna check out this video over here and we'll see you on the other side.
