So here are 3 of the best businesses to own today. Number 1 is an agency. It could be a video agency, it could be a marketing agency. The main thing here is that cash flows are great from this type of business. The startup costs are low, and these are actually scalable in the long term. Most people just don't understand that, and this is the main business that I personally have today. Number 2 is a newsletter business. So one of our clients, Axios, they sold for about $553 million. It's because the value of media is important, especially when you have strong monetization engines behind it. So You can create a newsletter and then maybe sell it to a higher dollar product or service that you own, or you can just sell advertising against it. And there aren't a lot of startup costs that are tied to this. Number 3 is HVAC or HVAC. These are great businesses because they are recession-proof and people are always going to need help with this. And I have a lot of friends that are rolling up these types of businesses.
