The difference between acquiring talent and acquiring customers is that you acquire customers all the time, every day. You get to innovate on that process all the time. You only hire a sales director like once and then maybe again in 4 years. Yeah. And so how good can you get at recruiting for that person? How certain are you of where they are looking and what channel they're on, et cetera? Yep. So I say like more of like a spray and pray. I will post on every platform. We will try outreach, we will try inbound, we will do every mechanism possible for a role because we're probably only hiring it for one time. Now, like if we're hiring for multiple sales reps, I'm gonna probably get really good at finding sales reps, understand what platform they live on, understand their persona, all those things. So I'm gonna be able to go really deep on one channel. But I would say like cast a wide net in the case of recruiting because you're probably not very good at it and you probably don't have the best funnel. So it's like you wanna cast a wider net in that case.
