It has been shocking to learn how dirty the food supply chain is. And I guess shocking because like every time you peek into an industry, it's expected you're going to find corruption and like bad behavior. Like that's just humans. But I assumed that food would have some kind of guardrails around it. Not. Yep. So when we go to many of these food suppliers, we'd say, okay, we're going to take your food, we're going to test it for heavy metals. No one has ever asked them to test their foods. They have no idea. And so we get back these samples and they had dangerously level high levels of like lead or mercury or something like that, we'd be like, what's up? So like no one's testing. Like we have had to elbow our way around and test, and we're now setting sights on microplastics.
