Eric Siu shows how moving an AI tool called Hermes from Telegram to Slack unlocked multiplayer collaboration and threaded conversations for his team. The shift accelerated idea flow on tasks like conversion rate optimization, sales, and SEO by letting the team build on each other's work instead of working alone.

I was using Hermes inside of Telegram and that's good. It's good for maybe private conversations that maybe I don't want my team to see. But the big unlock was when I moved it over to Slack because Slack is where my team hangs out, number one. So you can make it multiplayer, but also the threaded conversations that you have inside of Slack. Whatever conversation you have, ones on maybe optimizing conversion rates, ones on optimizing sales, ones on optimizing SEO, ones on maybe helping with your content generation, whatever it is exactly, it maintains that context. Once I moved it to Slack, that was a big unlock. And because it became multiplayer and because you can have threaded conversations and you can open up into different windows, and then we started to move a lot faster. You make it multiplayer again, things just move a lot faster with your team because the flow of ideas compounds a lot faster because one idea people see, one chat might give them like 2 or 3 other ideas. I think it's starting small first, pushing the limit, and then eventually moving it over to Slack to work with your team on it.
