View AI as a second brain to develop ideas before sharing them. Run your concept through AI to work out resource estimates, timelines, and success criteria until it's at least 90% formed. Skip the lazy approach of pitching half-baked ideas.

Usually when we talk about AI, it might be like, oh, how many calories does my cookie have? And a lot of people search for random things. That's base level stuff, guys. The way to think about AI, in my opinion, the right philosophy is you actually have a second brain that is probably smarter than your own brain, and you should be using it as a thought partner more than anything. And so if I work for you, if I come to you with an idea and it's not 90% there with me using AI, I shouldn't be bringing you that idea, right? People are just lazy. Oh yeah, I just have these ideas over here. We should just say, well, okay, how much resources are gonna— how long is it gonna take? What does success look like? All those things now, you should be workshopping that with AI. You should be thinking about these things and you'll be way better than other people. That's my philosophy.
