The rule of 3 years. If you want to build anything amazing, whether it's a business or an audience, it will take you always 3 years. The first year is going to be hell. Second year, you're still slogging it through. And then through the third year, you're really going to start to see some traction. So let's say you want to build a 7-figure business. Usually doesn't happen the first year unless you strike lightning in a bottle. Even with Growth Everywhere podcast, when I first started it, only 9 downloads a day after the first year. Second year, only 30 downloads a day. And then the third year, that's when we started getting like maybe 1,000 or like 1,500 downloads a day. And you have to stay consistent because most people just end up giving up too early.
