I'm gonna tell you the secret to growth that all founders use. Founders or high performers like to hang out with other high performers. I don't care if you are an athlete or an author or if you are a successful business person. They all wanna hang out with each other. They all wanna congregate. For example, I sometimes will talk to DJs that I used to really look up to and I'm like, wow, I'm actually getting to talk to these DJs. These are DJs that spin at the world's largest music festivals and they're just very normal people. I have met with athletes before, NBA players before, people that played for the Lakers. They are easy to talk to because you all have a shared bond. You all understand that you've had to go through a certain amount of struggle to get to the certain level of success that you, you've achieved.
