I wear an eye mask. I love my Manta eye mask. And then I have a mouth guard that I use. It's actually called a mandibular adjustment device, MAD, that juts my jaw forward and prevents snoring, but it allows me to always get great oxygen. And I can't sleep without it. So it keeps your mouth open. So you should be breathing through your nose at night. So I put sleep tape on. Sleep tape. Yeah. So I've used sleep tape as well. What happens is when you're asleep, your tongue will fall in the back of your mouth and it causes you to snore and open your mouth and breathe through your mouth unwanted. But if you use them mandibular adjustment device. It fits in your mouth and it juts your jaw forward so your tongue doesn't fall back. It also protects me because I grind my teeth at night. It's just habits I've gotten into. It may not be for everybody, but it is for me. And that really allows me to get a good night's sleep.
