These are the roles that I think are most important when it comes to the world of Web3 marketing. So number 1 is community managers. You need someone that's managing your Discord. You need someone that's engaging in your Discord. I'm going to count on you to think about how to engage people. I want you to think about how we can do interesting things to just make it really fun as a community. By the way, watch to the very end and then I might just have a different type of role that you probably haven't heard of. So number 2 is a social media manager. They need to take care of Twitter. They need to take care of Spaces. Facebook is making a comeback. They need to take care of Instagram, maybe YouTube as well in terms of posting there. To me, a social media manager is more of a doer. They're scheduling things. They might be coming up with some light strategy here and there. Number 3 is a moderator. So you do need moderators, especially if you have a larger channel. Let's say you have thousands of people in your Discord channel. You need multiple moderators to help answer questions to people and make sure that they're getting support right. You know, hopefully the community strategist is the one that is guiding these moderators and then also training them up as well. Don't forget to hit the like and the subscribe button if you are enjoying this so far because it helps us grow. The other one is a PR manager. If you're looking for a PR role, hopefully you've done some PR work where you've gotten some placements, right? And you have some examples that you can show because people want to hire people that have been there, done that in the world of PR. People want a proven track record, especially on the PR side. And also for this next role, which is an influencer manager too. Both these roles, ideally you would have a Rolodex, you know, proven that you've worked in the space because once you have that relationship, it's much easier to get that placement. The next one would be a paid media manager. You know, a lot of people are saying, oh, Web2 versus Web3. Let's face it, right now as of this recording, a lot of the attention is still on Web2. So if you're looking to get Web2 attention, some of the clients we work with would be like Immutable or Vetrix. Like, they're actually doing stuff in the world of Web2 marketing, right? So Web2 marketing could be like Twitter ads, YouTube ads, it could be like Facebook ads or podcast ads, things like that. Those are all considered Web2. Comment below if you think I missed on any role so far. The next one is the events manager. Building community in person means a lot. And so putting together live events, putting together happy hours, putting together dinners, the event manager, especially someone that has experience in Web3, is going to be great. Last but not least is a partnerships manager. When we launched our project, we had a handful of partnerships lined up and the partnerships are really what helped us move forward because they pushed to their email list, they pushed to their audiences. You know, we did Twitter Spaces together. These are the roles that I think are most important when it comes to the world of Web3 marketing. By the way, we're always hiring great people at my ad agency, Single Grain. Just go to singlegrain.com/work. Or if you're looking for help on the Web3 marketing side, you can just go to singlegrain.com and don't forget to check out the next video over there and we will catch you later.
