We're not trying to make more friends at the end of the day. If you're a leader, executive at the company, you want to make sure your standards are very high and you don't want to let someone in just because they seem like a good person. There's plenty of good people out there in the world, but just because there's a good person out there doesn't mean that you necessarily should hire these people. You're not trying to make more friends at the end of the day. You're trying to do better for your customers at the end of the day so your company can do better. That's what really matters, right?
