Life and business aren't finite contests with a winner and loser. Play long-term games with long-term partners, and the whole thing becomes enjoyable instead of a desperate race to one decisive moment.
And the whole idea here is that it's not a zero-sum thing. There's not like a 4th quarter where, you know, the Super Bowl's on the line. You can keep playing this thing until it's over. And if you think with that long-term mindset, you're just going to want to play long-term games with long-term people. And it's just fun the whole time, right? So I think it's just a reframe for thinking about life and business in general.
