The one thing we've learned, you and I, over the years is that the black hat, the gray hat stuff, it might work for a little bit. It never ever works long term. And I think the worst part about it is it forces you to think short term and it doesn't cause you to think more like an investor that thinks about the long term, right? And so you're actually better off thinking long term and thinking about providing value because that forces your mindset into a better place anyway. And you come from a place of not trying to manipulate something for your will, but you come from a place of giving.
