Eric Siu shows a Hermes Kanban agent that auto-generates your daily to-do list, sorting tasks like scripting videos and writing tweets. One speaker calls it AI theater, saying it lacks context and a better version would work like Claude Code on your desktop.
So here's the routine that has changed my life. You wake up, go to your computer, open up your Kanban board, get all your to-do items for that day, and start putting them in triage.
So here's how I'll do it.
I'll say script a new Hermes YouTube video about use cases. I'll click create and I'll make a new one. Come up with 3 tweets about Hermes use cases. Create. That's 2 in there.
Okay, bottom line, what he's doing is he's putting it in there and he's letting his Hermes agent take it on.
I think this is AI theater, and what I mean by that is it looks like you're doing a lot, but you're actually doing a lot of nothing. This is, to me, it's a lot of wasted energy. But this version of the Hermes Kanban board, it's not that useful, and it actually misses a lot of context. I honestly see the Hermes desktop app where you can see the different things that you're working on, kind of like how it is with Codex and Claude Code. That's a lot more useful for me.
