And we not only want to find people from a recruiting standpoint with 2 promotions from 2 different jobs, which I stole from Neil, but we want them to have an average tenure of 3 years, and their current tenure also needs to be 3 years as well. And so literally you can recalibrate the agent, but it just keeps working on that. And each agent costs like $150. And so that's a pretty damn good savings in terms of like paying like a contingency-based recruiter. And that helps our recruiting team a lot.
