So here's what we look for when we're looking for AI-built talent. Number 1, do they have a GitHub and is it active? Number 2, not only are they building, but do they actually have products that are in production right now that are generating some sort of ROI? It could be saving time, it could be saving money, it could be making money. That is what it is. Also, they've got to be on top of the new hotness. So they have to be on top of the latest frontier models. They have to know how to talk the game. And then the other piece is they have to be able to Open up the harness that they're using right now, share what they're building. And also what I look at as a bonus is I will look at their usage levels. And if they aren't close to maxed out, that is a bit of a yellow flag.
