Hey, what if we build this over here? How do we make our YouTube process more efficient? Hey, how do we build workflows for workflows? How do we actually help the sales team become more efficient? Because yesterday I had to go through all of our Gong calls and it's like, your sales team is doing here, here, these things right, and it's doing these things wrong. Okay, I'm gonna forward that to the sales leader. Look through all my LinkedIn connections. Who am I connected to? These are all the roles we're looking to hire right now. Who should we talk to? It's like, here's all the product leaders you're connected to. Here's all the people that you should be selling Carrot or ClickFlow to or SingleBrain to. Here's all the angles. I'm gonna write the cold email angles for you. Every single thing that you want, You should be figuring out how to make workflows for it and then figuring out how you can hand those off to other people. And then what you should be doing is you should have these— your Slack bots, your agents start to invade Slack and then work with your team, collaborate with your team so everyone can get better, right? So you have a bottom-up approach where you're driving AI fluency throughout the organization and top-down, you're working with your leaders, you're doing it yourself. And then once you figure out the process, have your agents invade Slack and have your agents work with your team because your agents are working with you all the time.
