So Hermex app will increase the productivity of your Hermes by probably a factor of 10 or more. And I'm gonna give you a couple use cases here, and this is something that I found recently that should help you a lot. Because there's one thing to say about the Hermes desktop app, but this Hermex app you can actually use on iPad, you can actually use on your iPhone. They probably have an Android app coming out as well. And the first thing that is really good about it is that you can imagine that you're able to use Hermes on your, on your phone or on your iPad, and then you can basically change the model easily. So previously the way that I was doing this was that I was using it within Slack or Telegram and I had to ask it painstakingly to change up the model. So for example, when you're working on planning work or when you're working on strategic work, you want to be using the best models out there. So it could be a Fable model, it can be a SOL model from ChatGPT, but you want to be using one of the frontier models. Okay. So let's say you're planning something out. Let's say you're building app. Let's say you are planning out strategy. Maybe you're planning out something around financials. You're planning out something around marketing, business strategy, whatever it is exactly, you want to use the frontier models because those are the smartest for planning. And then you can use something like a lower tier model, like a, you know, Opus 4.8, or you can use like just like a, you know, regular, like a lower version of ChatGPT, maybe 5.5, or you can use the open weight model because open weight models are getting really, really strong now. So what I would recommend is that, again, like you don't have to go through all these, jump through all these hoops to change up the models. Now you can just adjust it and just click on the very bottom, that like the bottom left and make those changes. Right. So that's probably one of the biggest things when it comes to model selection. I would say the other thing too is that you can actually see what skills that you have. You can see all the skills that you have. You can kind of scroll through it. And I think that's really helpful because I've built so many skills and I tend to forget all the things that I've built over time. Right. And so to be able to see your skills and kind of toggle them on and off and then adjust them over time, that's helpful. You can also see the memory as well. You can also see what's being written into your memory. You can adjust that too. That's also helpful. You can see the tasks that you're working on and you can see the thinking over time too. And so it just, it's laid out better from a user experience standpoint where Because it's laid out better for you. You can even say you can call it a harness if you want to call it a harness. It's a harness for the harness, right? Hermex for the Hermes app. It makes it easier to just get things done because then you can sort through it. Even though I like using Hermes within Slack, it starts to get messy over time, right? It's cool from a multiplayer standpoint, but to be able to see all my tasks that I need to follow up with on, on like the left sidebar, that's super helpful. So the other thing that you could do is profiles. So profiles are helpful because you might want to have different profiles that have different abilities for people on your team to be able to use the agent, right? Maybe you don't want to give it god mode powers that you might have. So that's something that I do, right? And then you can give it to individuals as well. And you can kind of just check the profiles and the permission there, and you can kind of swap between them if you want. You can also choose on the reasoning level too for the models that you're selecting, going back to the model selector earlier. And by the way, if you're enjoying this video right now, you got to check out SingleBrain, SingleBrain with a B. That is where we build these managed revenue agents that help companies grow faster. Just go to singlebrain.com. So SingleBrain with a B, and we'll see you on the other side. So those are also very important too. So the profiles are good. I think it's helpful to have profiles for maybe a profile for deeper reasoning. Maybe it might have different skills on there. Maybe you have a profile for AEO SEO. Maybe you have a profile for social media. Maybe you have a profile for X. And I think it's helpful to do that because then you have agents for very specific jobs. So because if you want one agent to kind of do everything, you want to have all the skills in there, you want to have a god mode agent, it starts to become messy over time and it starts to— you start to get context bleed. It starts to get confused over time. So you want to simplify it as much as you can. And the profiles make it really easy, but to be able to manage it is a lot easier because even though, again, I like using Hermes within Slack, I think for your own sake, you want to make sure that you have something like a Hermex on your iPad or your iPhone. And then ultimately, you're going to be able to get a lot more done that way. And then the other thing too is being able to work within projects, right? So you can have different folders to work within that way you can organize your work better. So for me, even though I wouldn't say Organization is number one priority for me to be able to organize again, projects around maybe you're creating loops, for example, maybe you are maybe for different businesses that you might have or different business units that you might have or different parts of the business. You can organize that a lot better. I think it becomes easier to get your thoughts compiled and then it's easier for the agent to kind of parse through it as well. There are usage metrics and insights that you can see in there the last 7 days, last 30 days, last all time, like all time. I think that's relatively helpful. To take a look at. And then you could also look at your cron jobs too, the active cron jobs that you have running right now. So these are the tasks that you have, the recurring tasks that you have running. And I think this is helpful because you can have cron jobs running, but then people are talking about graph engineering, they're talking about loop engineering as well. You want to have that all in there. So what this ultimately means is that you're going to be able to get more from Hermes, right? So again, I recommend that you use Slack and Hermes when you want your team to be able to talk to Hermes. They're probably not going to be as sophisticated or a power user like you, but when you want to maximize Hermes for individual use, You want to use the Hermès app inside of iOS iPad if you have that. Again, they probably have one coming out for Android as well, and that makes it a lot easier. So it's a nice one-two punch. Because from a model selector standpoint, I had to switch around, I just kind of gave up because there's just too much work, right? But again, the meta for today is to make sure that you're picking the frontier models for the highest level of thinking, then delegating it to a lower model to kind of handle the hands and the execution piece. Yeah. So hope you found that helpful. And, uh, that being said, we'll catch you in the next video.
