You want a good interview question? What? I stole this from Chamath Palihapitiya. We started trying it, right? So here's the interview question. So what's something you're an expert at? So it could be like playing the French horn or poker. I believe I'm an expert at marketing. Okay. Tell me, how do you become an expert in marketing? You become an expert in marketing by doing it for a long, long time and having hours of trial and error, failing tons of time and figuring out how to fix all the problems that you created by doing things the wrong way. That's the best answer I got this week. Why? Because now I have a lot of threads I can go down. Oh, tell me about the experiments you failed and tell me about these things, right? There's a logical progression. Progression in terms of how you're communicating this, and that shows you can communicate clearly, and you're giving me a lot of threads to pull on to continue the conversation. This question shows how people think critically.
