We're all scared of something. We're scared of being out in front of the camera. We're scared of maybe asking a person out. We're scared of maybe asking for a customer. And then realizing that we can actually do harder things and we can face these fears and overcome them is part of all of our journeys that's available for all of us to do. Like, where we are and where we can be is a lot closer than people realize. Like, the only way in is through. And my therapist used to say that all the time. I was like, can you just shut up, dude? I'm trying to go around. I'm trying to avoid— I'm an avoidant attachment style. And he's like, if you want to get there, you have to go through it. And all of us can.
