(created 2025-12-24) containing an English excerpt in which a single speaker (labeled SPEAKER A) discusses YouTube growth strategy. The speaker references the "Midwit" meme to contrast simply making videos viewers want to watch versus over-optimizing for algorithm metrics (e.g., 10% click-through rate, 10-minute average view duration, optimal posting times) and argues that strong ideas can make a video take off.

I think the key thing is if you want to win on YouTube, look, this is the Midwit meme. Okay, so on the left side and the right side, it just says, make good videos my viewers want to watch. In the middle, it's like the algorithm has shifted, got to 10% click-through rate, 10 minutes AVD, optimal posting time, hyperanalyze every second. So he has a lot of these examples where he's like, the video just takes off because it's a good idea, right?
