You don't want people to have schedules that are too rigid, right? So if they don't have memos prepared for you, like you just cancel the meetings, right? What else are some of your other operating philosophies? So one of the things I started cutting or changing is one-on-ones with all the executives. I stopped doing them. And the reason was I don't want them to rely on a fixed meeting and they wait 3 days longer to talk to me about something just because, oh, I will wait for the one-on-one. Now you call me today. And so I'm available all the times. I have in my calendar what I call office hours. And so it's time even for me. I have usually 2 hours a day that I block. And if you want to chat with me, I can chat. Otherwise, I randomly call some of our people about any topic that is on top of my mind.
