Eric Siu argues most people waste AI on one-off tasks instead of building artifacts like PDFs and HTML files that compound over time. He shows how these outputs become teachable skills and self-improving loops, then promotes his Hermes Work Operating System.

99% of people use AI incorrectly when it comes to work because they don't think about compounding leverage. If you want compounding leverage, you've got to go with artifacts. So an artifact could be a PNG, it can be a PDF file, it could be an HTML file. Like for example, on the screen that you see right here, this is an artifact explaining to my team where we're going ultimately with our company. Here's where we're going, here are the steps, here's where we're at exactly with progress, and then you can answer any questions. And so when you have a picture, It's 1,000 words because then they don't need to read a long memo. Not only that, you can take these artifacts and what you can do is you can make them into skills and people can take those skills and they can use them on their own. And you can also make those skills eventually, you can put them into loops and then these loops can continue to run and improve on themselves over time. And that's how you build leverage. So, if you want our Hermes Work Operating System, just comment Hermes and we'll send it over to you. Awesome.
