It's a huge red flag if you're trying to recruit someone who's more senior or a leader and they book on your calendar 1 to 2 weeks out. You might have people that said, we'll meet with you in a week or 2 weeks or whatever. But like, again, each week is 2% in a year. Like, why would you do that? Just meet right now and get it over with. Because those recruiting calls, they want to talk to you. Like, you'll know within the first 15 minutes if you want to work with this person or not. I think for people, you do both. I think one, you do it manually, but then you have the AI that's constantly once a month, it's looking at all the deals that maybe stalled out or you didn't follow up with. The move is to get on the phone sooner than later and not wait to see up a call. The will is not there, and then therefore that's a red flag.
