I've just found that you can't change mindsets that easily. People have to change it on their own. How much time are they actually putting into it right now? My friend likes to say it's IA, it's an intelligence amplifier. But if you're continually afraid of it over and over and over again, you're starting to become a liability to the company. If you're compounding with the intelligence, the gap's going to get bigger and bigger.
