So our philosophy on this is we want to build the bridge for everyone, but not necessarily everyone's going to want to cross it. The majority of people are going to cross the bridge, right? How you bridge that gap. The other thing is it is within your— like if you're a leader listening to this right now, you should absolutely, you have to build this because if you know how to do all this stuff alone, it's not enough. It's on you to teach everyone how to do it, right? Because if everyone can spend the 20 to 40 hours over like a 60 to 90 day period to learn how to do this, everyone's a lot stronger for that and that's good.
