I noticed something with the people that I trained up at the company. I would do these 30-minute meetings. After I did these meetings with these people, they were flying. I didn't have to tell them much. They were just very high agency people and they were just figuring everything out and they were doing the jobs of like 4 or 5 different jobs at once. I'm like, why don't I just figure out how I can duplicate that across more people? Why don't I like Jedi train some more people in the organization so then they can Jedi train more people in the organization and spend time like I was doing too, right? We created this Pod of One apprenticeship and I already started rolling it out this week. I asked one of the people that I trained, how impactful was it? And this guy was like, oh, it was honestly like a 9 out of 10. It was massive for me that you spent the time doing that.
