Patrick Collison, the CEO of Stripe, did an interview with Jensen Huang from Nvidia. You probably know this one. Jensen has 60 direct reports. 60, 6-0 direct reports. That's a lot. So, you know his logic for that? His logic is all my people are very capable and they're all capable of leading something and basically making something happen from start to finish. And so I don't need another layer. I just go to them directly and we just get things done a lot faster that way.
