Eric Siu explains why the new iPad's Nanotech screen isn't worth it. The coating reduces brightness and costs extra, especially when paired with the 1TB storage upgrade. He decided to skip it.

Did you buy the new iPad? I ordered a new iPad. I did too. Did you get the Nanotech screen? No. So I read up on that. See, you fool. You should have asked me. I looked it up. I was like, should I get the Nanotech screen? And then I read the reviews. It's like, you shouldn't get the Nanotech. Why? Because it's actually, um, it's good for like if you're doing professional work or whatever, but it's not as bright. Um, and like, you, you actually— it's actually worse than the normal screen.
I'm gonna go cancel my Nano because I'm assuming you can cancel if they— you can cancel, right? Yeah. I'm just gonna cancel and buy a new one. Thank you very much for that, by the way.
I just saved you $200. More, because you have to have 1 terabyte to get the Nanotech Street.
Oh, that's right, it's $400.
