So the main challenge that every organization has right now is not necessarily a people problem. It's more of a team silo problem, right? And so a lot of the knowledge that you have is siloed. So let's say one person comes in, it takes them maybe 6 months to onboard. They have to learn obviously, and they have to experiment with things. And once they get onboarded and they start to really get going, maybe they start their own business or maybe they get a job offer somewhere else. And all the knowledge that they've compounded in their head goes elsewhere. And maybe— They've handed off some of that knowledge in their 2-week period before they leave, but that's nowhere near enough. And so you need something that compounds all the knowledge and all the skills over time. Otherwise, the organization can't compound.
