When people leave you, they're ultimately firing you as a leader. Ultimately, they want to grow at a company. Obviously, there needs to be safety because they need to put food on the table for their loved ones. And I failed these people at the end of the day. That was a very humbling lesson. And I would say my emotional state at the time, it was the emotional roller coaster where I wasn't sure if we'd be able to survive or even make the next payroll. And so there's a lot of pressure. I would say maybe a counter lesson to this would be, this is where a lot of my poker training from college really came into play here because I didn't really let anything get me too far down. And I just knew that work needed to be done and I needed to just put one foot in front of the other every single day, just do that over and over and things would end up being okay.
