You're looking at books all wrong. I'll get the question sometimes from my friends asking, how many of these books have you actually read? The reality is very little. And it's because I look at books as points of reference. And so when I need something around investing, hiring, scaling, whatever it is, I will pull from the most relevant book I have. I will take a look at the table of contents and whatever it is that I'm struggling with, I will just go to that chapter and I'll read it. And if I get tired of the book, I'll move on. The key thing here is that you control the books. You don't let the books control you.
