Here's why you're too lazy to start a marketing agency. Number 1, you aren't willing to grind. You aren't willing to push through when times get tough. Number 2, you are okay with the comfort of having a paycheck. There's nothing wrong with that, but sometimes a paycheck can get addicting. Number 3, you aren't willing to get rejected. So you aren't willing to put yourself out there and let someone slam the door on you, say no to your face, and say, well, you're not good enough. Number 4, you aren't willing to lead. You aren't willing to basically create a culture. You aren't willing to overcommunicate what your values are, and you aren't willing to be out there in the front pulling the ship forward. Also being willing to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work. And last but not least, you aren't willing to delegate. And in order to elevate to the next level, you must be able to delegate.
