We are going to talk about today what stops you from getting pregnant. What stops you from getting pregnant? We're not going to include age because we know that that is all a contributing factor. Age is a contributing factor to stopping you from getting pregnant. We're not going to include hormone imbalance because we know that if your hormones aren't balanced, we can't we can't get pregnant. The things that we're going to talk about today might be new to you. You might not have considered that these things could be the things that are stopping you from getting pregnant. So let's get started. Toxins. So more specifically, things like caffeine and alcohol. Now, before you get yourself in a tizz about, not having coffee or not having alcohol and that being the reason that you can't get pregnant. There's a lot of scientific data supporting this because, uh, caffeine is, um, a mineral depleter, um, all kinds of things. I have another video here on YouTube that I go into depth on that, but coffee is very detrimental to your hormone health and also alcohol too because Hormone, um, processing happens in your liver and kidneys, and we know that alcohol affects both of those organs. So, um, I have a video on here for you to watch talking about that. So, uh, physical issues like blocked tubes, okay? So undiagnosed physical issues. So people say to me all the time, well, wouldn't I know, wouldn't I have pain if I have endometriosis? Wouldn't I know it? And not necessarily. More and more I'm seeing cases of silent endometriosis where there's not like the terrible painful symptoms. Um, consider yourself lucky, uh, because I had stage 4 endometriosis and it is horrifyingly painful. So, um, blocked tubes, you want to make sure that there's no structural abnormalities, um, things like PCOS being undiagnosed, Or, um, my favorite topic is undiagnosed thyroid disease or disorder where you are told you are in range, but it's not in range for you. This has to be a personalized number for yourself. If you have not had an extended thyroid panel done and you're symptomatic for thyroid disorders, loss of hair, dry skin, sleeplessness, um, racing hearts, um, a, a number of other things, you can You can look into that yourself, but you want a personalized thyroid report number for yourself, not just that you're in range because it is a football field size range and most people, um, fall in it, but it's not optimal for themselves. And if you're trying to get pregnant, that could be a huge contributing factor. Okay, so stress, um, and trauma. And in turn insomnia could be causing your infertility. Again, these are things that people get very, very upset about because they feel like it's something that's in their control but out of their control. As a sexual abuse survivor, I can tell you based on my research as well that trauma has to be dealt with when you're going through the infertility process. Okay? It affects your hormones, it affects your sleep. There's a lot of things physiologically in your body that happen when you go through trauma, and infertility itself is trauma itself. So you want to be processing those emotions, and you want to be good at getting good sleep as well. So, um, if you want to, uh, if you want more information like this, go ahead and hit that like and subscribe, and I will see you Next time. Bye-bye.
