Hello, hello. Well, I am— guys, I'm talking to you about calming down because I myself am freaking out this morning because my goose is graduating from VPK. So, um, I'll be cried off in a few minutes. No, I don't know. Sometimes I can get through it when I think that I'm gonna cry and I can't. But our topic today calming down quickly in any situation. And so I was going to do a different topic this morning, but I thought I would bring this one to you because there's so many situations where you really want to settle, not just your mind, but you settle down. You want that feeling to go away in your body that is kind of pushing you over the edge, right? So, um, BPK graduations, high school graduations, doctor's appointments, any of those kind of things can bring those, those things up. So I actually have a whole toolbox of things that I use, but this morning I'm going to tell you just a few easy things that you can do to calm down in any situation quickly. So if you're Watching this on YouTube, go ahead and hit that like and subscribe if you like what we're talking about. There's more coming to you every day. And if you're watching on Facebook, you can search and find me on YouTube by my first and last name. Okay, so here is the thing. I have put together an amazing toolbox for you guys. For optimizing your fertility. It's called Optimize Your Fertility Blueprint, but you can use this in any situation. This is going to be included in this, and this is called tapping. Um, so tapping is literally just resetting your autonomic nervous system, your central nervous system. So you want to reset your central nervous system because what's happening when you're kind of like having that pain panic mode and freaking and feeling sweaty palms and feeling your heart racing. Oops, sorry, that was my microphone. Um, you know, feeling all those feels is your central nervous system— alert, alert, alert, alert! You're gonna, gonna need to be eaten by a lion or a bear or something else, right? And so what you need to do is say, no, we're not getting ready to get eaten by a bear, we're just experiencing that feels emotionally uncomfortable to us, right? So I'm going to show you really briefly, um, in my group on Facebook though, I'm going to show you really briefly in just a second, but in my group on Facebook, Flourishing Through Infertility, um, there is going to be a guest speaker on a monthly basis and she is going to show you, uh, and you're going to be able to learn like the full package of this. And then she's also come in to, um, she's, she's one of what I call my super friends, and she's going to be part of the Optimality Blueprint, and she's going to come in and do something specific for us for situations like, you know, um, doctor's appointments, and flow comes, and, um, just when you're feeling out of control and upset. Okay, so I do this with my kids too. To do. This is amazing. Here's our magic fingers, and we're just going to tap in rhythm here above our nose. Okay, so I like to do it until I can sync it. I'm not actually doing it now, so let me just actually do it. Okay, so we're gonna do it until we can get our sync, and like about 10. And then here on the side, we're going to just tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. And then underneath our eyes, Tap, tap, tap, tap. Okay, until we get a rhythm going. Okay, and then we're going to do our collarbone. We're going to take some deep breaths while we're doing it. Okay, and then you're going to do this. You're going to hit your— really do it because my mic's there. I didn't think this through. Um, you're going to tap your chest about 10 times also. And you're going to do this with your wrist, back and forth on each side like that. So, and to calm your central nerve down, you can go to the bathroom, take a few deep breaths, do some tapping, or do it in your car. Um, and it really does make a big difference to help you center and ground in any situation. All right, well, I'm off to graduation. Health and blessings to you guys, and I will see you next time.
