Hey guys, happy Friday. You might notice that I'm not in my office, my normal studio today doing my live, and I'm a little early, but I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you because I'm on the go today, quick and easy ways that I supported my PCOS and endometriosis by helping my body to be less acidic. So I am a big fan in principle of the green drinks like the Suja, the Suja brand drink. Let's see, there you can see the label. And, and hey, if you are watching for the first time, I'm Erica Hoke. I'm an infertility mentor and empowerment coach, and these are just some of my best basic tips for supporting your body through infertility on the go. Quick and easy and very inexpensive. So one of the biggest things is that we want to start off the day with our bodies coming out of sleep dehydrated and also very acidic, so we want to counteract that. My number 1 tip for anybody suffering from infertility, quick and easy, is lemon water in the morning. So just a little, like, as little as a teaspoon of lemon water with 8 ounces of water, room temperature. That's before your coffee, before anything. So not only are you getting hydrated, you're helping flip the switch on that acidity. This is my second on the go. Okay, so some of you are going to look at me and you're going to be like, no, I'm not drinking that, it looks disgusting. Put it in a smoothie. Okay, add some fruit to it, use it as the base for your smoothie. It's super simple just to use this, some ice, and some strawberries or berries. If you need to add some for sweetener, add agave or add, um, maple syrup. Okay, so the other things that you can do to help support your PCOS and your endometriosis are— and you can ask your doctor about this too— zinc and selenium are good supplements. And also, this is all liver support. So this is all liver support to support your hormones through these diagnosis. So milk thistle supplement, zinc or selenium are good for that too. So those are my top 3 tips today. We're at the zoo and enjoying our family time. I wish this life for you too. That's why I'm here Monday, Wednesday, Friday, every day— uh, sorry, not every day, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at noon. I'm giving you all my best content, all the things that I went through, and to support my 7 diagnoses. Okay, so in case you missed it, lemon water in the morning, supplement with zinc, selenium, and milk thistle, any of those, talk to your doctor, and Add your greens, especially ones that contain lemon, cilantro, cucumber, things like that. This one also has grapefruit. That's the one that I'm missing. All right, health and blessings to you guys. Bye-bye!
