Hi there. Welcome to 3 Things That You Need to Stop Doing Right Now If You Want to Get Pregnant in 2024. I'm Erica Hoke. I am the Infertile Mom of 4. That's what I call myself because if you don't know much of my story, all of my kids were born after the age of 35 with 7 different reproductive inhibiting diagnosis. Um, and after I was told that I couldn't do IVF and that I needed donor eggs. I don't want to bore you with all the details of my story, but I think that those are the important facts for you because I truly believe if I can get pregnant, anybody can use the methods that I teach and they can get pregnant too. So when I was trying to get pregnant, managing my symptoms for all of those diagnosis was super challenging. It took a lot of trial and error, um, to manage them, and I wish I had known exactly what to do. What I'm going to tell you tonight is life-changing, and life is full of distractions, but if you don't prioritize this, then you're missing out on an opportunity to change your fertility. I'm going to show you how to make the ultimate shift from still not having all the answers that you're looking for after all this time, all the procedures, all the money, all the frustration, all the appointments, possibly all the miscarriages, to identifying the diet and lifestyle and medical changes and adjustments that are going to significantly improve the chances of a healthy full-term pregnancy. Most important, these are all easy to do. Easy does not mean worthless. Easy means I'm going to show you how easy it is to do, to implement into your everyday life. By the way, if you're looking for a perfectly polished presentation, you're not gonna find it here. I am a little bit scatterbrained. I lose my place and sometimes I have to read from my notes. So just know, all right, I have a confession to tell you and I have an industry myth that I want to talk about. So my confession is, is that IVF was my backup plan. I mentioned that until the doctors told me I wasn't a candidate. One of my diagnosis was diminished ovarian reserve, um, or DOR, as it's sometimes, um, referred to. And at that point, I thought that I would never have kids. Um, I didn't want to do donor eggs until, um, I had explored all of my options. And that's what led me down the path to healing my body from infertility with the things that I'm going to show you tonight and getting pregnant not once, but 4 times. Um, Okay, so the myth that I want to tell you is that doctors— the industry myth is, is that doctors will customize a protocol that fits you best, or that they're looking for the root cause of your infertility. That's what I thought, at least. Um, I thought when I went to the reproductive endocrinologist, they were going to fix me. They were going to tell me why I couldn't get pregnant. Maybe they were going to help me get pregnant, but they were going to tell me what the problem was. But that's an industry myth. They have certain, uh, protocols. They have certain protocols and they follow those protocols. And it doesn't necessarily have to do with, uh, even your symptoms, your tests, your levels, none of it. They kind of have a set path. All right. So the second myth is, is that maybe your body just isn't made to have a baby. And we know that that's not true. So I want to, I want to say, what if? I want you to imagine with me tonight, what if when you get a positive pregnancy test that you felt confident that you would stay pregnant? What if when you didn't get pregnant a particular month, it didn't consume you with despair because you had a strategic plan in place that would help you to progressively move forward and lead you to achieving a positive pregnancy test? What if, as you started to heal, that your relationships, uh, got stronger and improved and were just easier? What if you woke up and you got that big fat positive pregnancy test? And then you made it through the first trimester. And then what if you made it through the second trimester this time? What if you made it through the third trimester and you delivered a beautiful, healthy baby? And then boom, you're finally a mom. And what if everything just felt easier and lighter during the process? Well, the good news is, is what I'm about to teach you will ever— forever change the way that you think about your infertility. You think that you've tried everything, you've been to a million doctors, you feel like you've had every test under the sun, you've been turned into a pincushion. This is different. This is different. The bad news is, is that you're going to have to be okay with the— what the medical community and maybe everybody else is telling you might not be a right fit for you. You're going to have to take matters into your own hands, right? And today is the first step, watching this, Masterclass is the first step in doing that, and it's the first step in believing in yourself. So the extra hard part is you're going to have to let go of the fact that you spent a lot of money, probably, and a lot of time on a bunch of things that just didn't work. Of course, the goal is to get pregnant, stay pregnant, and deliver a healthy baby. But along the way, the real goal is to know what you're actually investing your time and energy in is working. To feel heard by your doctors, to not feel like your body is broken, to understand the tests and the treatments that are being offered to you, to participate and feel like you're taking an active role regarding your health, and maybe, just maybe, enjoy your spouse in the bedroom again. Your body was made for pregnancy, but here's what's getting in the way. Toxins in the water you drink and shower in, in your food, in your household cleaners, and your supplements, and especially, especially in your personal care products and cosmetics. Once you know, it's easy to see how toxins are affecting your fertility. After all, they're hormone disruptors. The average woman comes into contact with 300 independent chemicals a day through personal care products, household chemicals, and environment. And that's not even the food that we're eating. It's not the water that we're drinking. It's just our personal care products that we choose to put on our body. So hormone disruptors are also referred to as endocrine disrupting chemicals. So endocrine disrupting chemicals, they can cause your cycles to be irregular. They can cause your cycles to be absent. They can cause all kinds of other symptoms. And so the National Institute of Health, you can look this up, nih.gov, says that the damage to, the damage to your reproductive health isn't just trying to get pregnant naturally. It also lowers your chance of your IVF procedure, IUI procedure, um, being successful. So that's super discouraging, right? These toxins, these hormone and endocrine disruptors are causing even more products, right? So detox, a process or a period of time in which one abstains or rids the body of toxins or unhealthy substances. I know that we have all heard about detoxes. So I have a client, and I want to just tell you how impactful this is, how these— how impactful these toxins are. So it takes about 3 months for your eggs to mature. So in that 3 months, you can improve your egg quality, right? So before making the changes, this client of mine, she had never had a positive pregnancy test, very similar to me. I had never had a positive pregnancy test until the first time I got one, and then I carried my son to term. But I wasn't someone who had early miscarriages, although in hindsight, I now know that I was having a lot of chemical pregnancies. But 41, never pregnant, no miscarriages. She had a retrieval done, very low egg count. 3, and then, uh, some of those eggs matured. They tried IVF with that unsuccessfully. So she made the changes with the toxins and the other 2 items that we're going to talk about tonight. She had a retrieval done, 11 eggs. She had 11 eggs, all 3 times, more than 3 times what she had prior to making these changes. So I have big news about her story, but you're gonna have to sit tight for the rest of it, and I will, I will fill you in on how her story turned out. So here's what's getting in the way, ladies. Excuse me, I'm so excited to tell you here's what it's getting in the way. I'm joking. So here's what's getting in the way. We all assume that the doctors are trying to heal us and that's how we're going to get pregnant. Doctors are trained to follow a certain protocol, but what if that protocol doesn't work for you? No matter what it is, doing the same thing over and over again, the same protocol, the same anything, is literally the definition of insanity, right? We've all heard that. The same goes for here. I can't tell you how many clients come to me and we talk about what their protocols were, and even though they had been unsuccessful multiple times, the protocol was never changed. So that's definitely getting in the way. Um, every protocol is different, and it doesn't mean that every test has been done for you. Every test possible has been done for you. It's very, very unlikely. I have not had one single client come to me who has said, oh my gosh, I've had everything in the world tested for. I couldn't possibly have missed a test. It's very unlikely that you're, um, that all the tests have been done. A lot of times OB-GYNs start the testing. We as consumers of reproductive medicine, we assume that those, uh, are reviewed by our doctors, and they're, they're not. This leads to gaps in, um, and gaps in testing. Sorry, gaps in your care. And, um, the bottom line is, is that doctors have different protocols, different belief systems, and they test for different things. So you have gaps in your coverage and you're not— your coverage, your testing. So this is what leads to All the tests are normal, which is infuriating, right? So many people have unexplained infertility. So you have these gaps in testing, all tests are normal. Who's heard that? And you have unexplained infertility. Well, normal is not normal for you because if it was, you'd be pregnant. Okay. So, and I'm also not expecting you to know or understand how to find these gaps in your coverage. That's what That's what I'm here for. That's why I have— that's why you have me, is because I had that experience, right? So for instance, my thyroid level, I was being treated for an underactive thyroid. I was on my— I can never say it right. I'll just say Synthroid, the brand name, Levaroxin. Levaroxin. Okay, Levaroxin. So I was taking that, but I was still symptomatic, and I knew that I wasn't feeling my best, and so I pushed for them to— I pushed and asked my doctor, hey, can we look at what my previous thyroid levels were? So thyroid levels are like a football field wide, they're huge. So if you start way over here on one end of the field, um, and then, you know, 5 years later you're way on the other side, but you're still within normal range. Well, that's not normal for you. So you always have to advocate for yourself in these matters, and this is something that I coach my clients on. I'll read you this one. Um, she says, I've done the 4 steps. She went to the specialist, um, and asked for the testing that we, um, that we talked about, and he refused to do the testing. So she went back to her OB-GYN She says, "Turns out that the test is not normal and, uh, changing the protocol now. So thank you to help me know what to ask for, and I'm glad I found a doctor who would listen. You really have to advocate for yourself." And you really do, okay? You really do have to advocate for yourself. Um, the other one says, okay, let's see. I told you I would lose my place. I went to the— okay, I went to the doctor and asked to be tested for— she's talking about ureaplasma, which is something that can cause, um, primary infertility, secondary infertility. You can be 8, have no symptoms, be completely asymptomatic, and infertility is your only symptom. So she said she went to the doctor to be tested for ureaplasma, it came back positive. She also found out in her research and through our conversations that most doctors aren't educated enough to know about this, and they don't even know how to properly treat, treat it. But she went on to conceive, then she miscarried. And then she says that after more conversations with me, she learned that her progesterone was low and the pregnancy after that was a healthy pregnancy and she delivered in the fall. So these are just some examples of overlooked testing, doctors unnecessarily saying no, okay? So let's talk about some 3— let's talk about 3 commonly overlooked tests. We talked about the personalized thyroid care. So many women have all these tests done, turn themselves into pincushions, and their partner is never tested. Never. It's crazy. So make sure that if you're going through infertility that your partner gets tested. A third of all infertility overall is male factor infertility. You also need to do— if you've had a miscarriage, you need to have recurrent loss testing done for repeat miscarriages or miscarriages after a successful birth. Again, this is a test that it's, it's so sad to me. It breaks my heart because doctors will literally say to women, well, and in the UK, if you're watching in the UK, I know that your hands are tied with this because in the UK they have to have 3 miscarriages. So the doctors literally say to them, well, if you have enough, another miscarriage, then we'll test you for that, for recurrent loss panel. But that means another baby has to die. They have to go through the pain of miscarriage and loss. It's, um, it's cruel. It's terrible. So please, you know, a lot of people say, well, they tested my baby for so, so and so, for abnormal chromosomes, this and that, or whatever. But, uh, this is a test for you, okay? Because you matter, okay? Here's also what's getting in the way. So hearing just relax makes you crazy and you don't take it seriously. But the emotional toll of infertility and past trauma affects your physical body a lot. Okay, we can't just ignore this. So stress affects all the hormones that you need balanced in order to get pregnant. By the way, this decrease in LH and FSH that you see here on this slide, it counts for men and women too. So stress and the, the decrease in LH and FSH and increase in the cortisol and adrenaline can delay, uh, your ovulation. It can cause no ovulation or anovulation. It can cause irregular cycles. It can cause low egg quality. And also, these, um, decreases in LH and FSH in men can be low sperm count and low sperm quality. So, you know, it has to do with your, uh, with your husband's stress level as well. So let's talk about this. Stress also affects, we said, ovulation, delayed or none. It affects your insulin levels, and it definitely affects progesterone, which you have to have normal levels to maintain a pregnancy. You can't just will yourself not to be stressed, right? You need tools to help your body calm down that you can access anywhere, right? We can't just say, I'm going to wait, uh, to calm down until I get home. In the moment when you go to the restroom and you're waiting to test and now you've gotten your cycle, that's a very stressful and traumatic event, right? And you have to go back to your desk, maybe you have to go into a meeting or something like that. And so you need tools. I'm going to give you tools that you can access anywhere so that you can help your body calm down. So here's where I see it all fall apart. You convince yourself that there's something special about me and these changes, they just won't work for you. I'm not special. Uh, you convince yourself that this is not that hard, that you can do it yourself, uh, you can do it all on your own, but then you don't. You don't make the changes. Right? And then months and months go by and you're in the same place that you were. I also see it fall apart where you get really excited about implementing something, some of the things that we just talked about, you become fresh— and then you become frustrated, you want to give up, and you talk yourself out of doing the things that you need to do to get the results that you want. To be honest, most people just don't stick with it long enough. I feel your pain. I know because I've been there. I see it fall apart because this sounds great, and then a few weeks from now you'll start to wonder if you should try that XYZ new thing that you saw on the ad, and then you don't stick with it, and then again, you don't see any results. You're not getting those positive pregnancy tests. You're still not pregnant. I see it falling apart because you have a ton of distractions and you have a ton going on, and you have other priorities that keep you from feeling like you can move forward. If this makes you all— if this makes you feel overwhelmed, I have got you. I've been there. I understand. Okay, so I created the program, the Nurture Path Fertility Incubator. It's a 3-month accelerator to your fertility. So the answer is, is that we're going to remove the toxins we're going to replenish, and we're going to be empowered in our environment and in taking action. So let's talk about the physical. How you feel physically affects all other areas of your body. So these small sustainable systemic changes like label reading, teaching you how to label read, um, the outcome is that you have improved health, improved sleep, that you're going to the bathroom better. All these things are foundational and again might seem like things that you can do yourself, but you're currently not doing, right? So I show you how to progressively remove toxins from your food and water, all those hormone and endocrine disruptors, your supplements, which are a big contributor, a big contributor to toxins for women going through infertility, is poor quality supplements that actually do your body so much more harm than good. Personal care products, home products, makeup, cosmetics. And then we're going to replenish. So, it's not good enough just to take them out, right? We've got to remove them, but we want to replace them with good quality nourishing food. I help you do that on a budget and prioritize those things. And picking the right supplements that are going to help you and not hurt you. So, and be empowered in your buying choices and personalized testing. The mental emotional component cannot be overlooked, okay? When you address your physical and then your mental, it allows you to take better— when you, when you address Sorry, I needed to look at my note there for a second. When you're addressing the physical and removing the toxins out of those areas of your life, like we talked about, it allows you then to, to move on to focus on your mental health. When you're feeling better physically, you're sleeping better, and that is improved, then you can address your mental health because of the hierarchy of needs. That's what I'm trying to say. So we're going to, again, small steps progressively improve your mental health by disrupting those old emotional patterns. We're going to replace those old emotional patterns with coping tools that are— I'm going to introduce you to my team here in a minute— that are somatic pocket tools is what I like to call them, that you can do anywhere, right? We've got to have something that we can take with us when we're feeling hopeless, when we're at work, when we're in the car, when we're by ourselves, and we're just having one of those days. Okay, and it's empowered action for a plan to move forward, um, to help you improve your relationships all through, all, all through, through all areas of your life, through all areas of your life, with your spouse, um, with your friends and family, with your medical staff. Okay, so what we're not going to do is we're not going to continue to ignore our feelings and keep that 800-pound gorilla in the cage, right? And lastly, environmental. So this is all about feeling empowered as you see your health and symptoms improve, that you can focus on, focus on educating yourself with our help, with my help and the team's help about questions that you need to be asking about tasks that might be overlooked. Remember, my my clients that we talked about earlier, the examples that I told you earlier, the doctor said that they wouldn't or that they didn't need those tests and they wouldn't test for them. And in the end, they did in fact have a problem. So we have to advocate for ourselves in a very polite way. We don't have to be rude about it, right? And I show you how to do that. Getting second opinions or working with your team if you don't wanna get a second opinion and navigating that as well, 'cause I know everybody doesn't wanna change doctors. And just that personalized care, right? So this is about your removing the toxins from your home environment, removing the toxins from your team or your medical team, and getting the answers and being able to talk and collaborate with them. Okay, so the Nurture Path Fertility Incubator, it's 3 months of short self-led videos. Okay, um, most of the videos are 15 minutes or less, and then there are a few longer videos, but the, the most of them are like 5 to 6 minutes, and then there's a few that are a little bit longer. Um, and printouts, because if you love a printout like I do, to be able to tuck in your purse so that you don't forget to ask that question, or as a reminder for yourself and support. Okay, this is unique content, ladies. This is exactly what I did to get pregnant and what I've learned since. You're not going to find this content anywhere else. In other words, I didn't just like copy, uh, some kind of template and that's what I'm presenting to you today. Um, it's also unique in that you start where your cycle is. Um, so if you're on your, um, if you're menstruating, then you start there. If you're on the 2-week wait, that's where you start, because the tools that I give you and the program is tailored primarily to your mental health and coping with that, right? So you're going to be in a totally different frame of mind if you're having your period than if you're in the 2-week wait. So I start the program there and we work through based on your cycle. And every month that you have the, um, the opportunity to start with a clean slate emotionally, um, via our library of videos from my team that lead you through trauma resolution through AFT or EFT techniques along with others. So I said the word trauma and you might not think that that applies to you, but I assure you that infertility is a trauma within itself. The loss, the ongoing grief process, the unknown, uh, checks all the boxes for grief, right? And having that happen month after month for sure is trauma. So, uh, in my case, I had previous trauma, um, and then I had the trauma of infertility on top of it. And it's really important to process that as you're going through your cycles and not just, again, stuff that 800-pound gorilla in his cage and hope for the best. The reason that I desperately don't want that from you— for you is because once you become a mother, that gorilla is going to want out of his cage. Okay, so we have to process this in order to get pregnant, in order to be the mothers that we want to be in the end, right? So I'm going to make it super easy for you to make these small changes. Um, every change that you make builds month over to month, and so, um, it's maximum impact. Okay, so they're small but it's maximum impact changes, and we're systematically making lasting changes. Okay, so it's going to be easy, impactful, and systematic. I know you're busy and you're probably tired, so the Again, the program videos are short and to the point, um, and I've got those printouts for you if you're like me. Okay, what will you change that will help you get pregnant? To have a baby born in 2024, you have to get pregnant in the first 3 months of the year. Can you make those changes on your own? Here's how I'm going to help you. I really want to make your life less stressful. Better hormones equals better emotional stability. Okay, this is a client. She says, you crossed my mind today and I thought about how you were there for me when no other person was and how comfortable you make me feel and helping calm my anxiety. And I want to thank you for everything. It really means a lot to me and I'll always be grateful for you. The— to be able to have messages like this is truly humbling. Um, you know, I have 4 sons right now. Um, I have a full and busy mom life, but I know that there are women out there who have left doctors' offices and feel completely hopeless. They don't know where to go. They don't know what to do. They start IVF. It doesn't work out for them. And I have to share my story, um, and I have to share what I know because I know it truly makes a difference. I really want you to believe that your body is fully capable of getting pregnant and carrying a baby. Um, so I know that this isn't easy, so this is something that we also address in the Nurture Path Fertility Incubator. I really want your relationships to feel closer and easier. So the 2-week weight gain plan, uh, as it's part of the program, it addresses this. Okay, so some of the testimonials from my clients, it says, in just a short call, just a 30-minute call, I was able to identify— Erica, me— I was able to identify key areas to improve her fertility. If you're stuck with secondary infertility, I highly recommend working with Erica. Um, And the other one says, "I was nervous that the reset would be difficult to do and maintain, but this was easy, clear, and fun. Thanks for the great life change." So our proven system empowers you with expert guidance and personalized care. It's going to ensure that you never feel alone and that you never feel unsupported. With our comprehensive support, including counseling, that's via my team's video support, mindful techniques, and, uh, monthly content. Sorry, you'll get valuable tools that are easy to use in public. Remember those pocket tools that I was telling you? And it's going to help you navigate the highs and the lows that you're going to experience with grace. So the transformative power of healing yourself from the inside out, um, is going to create an optimal environment for reproductive health. It's so frustrating and demoralizing to work with doctors that make you feel bad and unheard. I know that people are getting pregnant all the time without all this effort. Okay, I hear you, and I see that you're sitting here and we're talking tonight, and that means something too. That means that you're not getting the answers from the medical community that you want, and that, um, that you know that your body is telling you that it needs something different, but you don't know what that is. Nurture Path Fertility Incubator is going to be perfect for you if Okay, you start to recognize that you need to look outside of your doctor to get the results that you want. You, like me, were told that you could never have children. You've been told that you need donor eggs to conceive, and you want to exhaust all the options before you go that route. You have personal or religious reasons that you don't want to do IVF or IUI. Okay, you might have had failed— a ton of failed IVF or IUI procedures, and you want to make sure that the next time that your body is ready for transfer. This is your insurance policy for that. You want to improve all the things that are in your control before you invest in another expensive and invasive procedure. The Nurture Path fertility incubator is also going to be a good fit for you if you want to stay with your current doctor but you don't know how to talk to them about changing your protocol Okay, we can help with that. That's not something that is in everybody's wheelhouse, and we can definitely help with that. And you want to make sure that you know what to ask if you want to seek a second opinion, because it's no good to get a second opinion and then, uh, end up basically with a duplication of your first doctor, right? You wanted something different. So, um, I'm gonna make sure that your questions get answered and that you have the support that you need. I know that, um, this is a lot of support, but this is going to make your life easier, less stressful, and make your chances of getting pregnant skyrocket, skyrocket. All right, so lifetime access, uh, printable prompts, videos, coping strategies during the 2-week wait, easy to implement diet lifestyle changes. Um, and I'm gonna enter Deuce, our nutritionist, next with menu suggestions and recipes. We're gonna find those gaps in testing in your medical care, and it's tailored to where you are in your cycle. So in other words, you know, so many women just, you know, uh, crawl in a hole when they get their cycle, right? If they're not pregnant that month, they either binge eat, they binge drink, they take part in a lot of those things that are comfort measures that are not going to get them towards the goal that they want to do. So there's a ton of support during your period to help you process those emotions and not stuff those emotions. Learn how to buy and take only the supplements that you need. And if you want to have a more personal interaction, there are two 15-minute micro coaching calls per month. And unlimited video— sorry, unlimited email access to me. But if you want to sit face to face with me, I'm here for it. I want to support you. Okay, so here's our team. You're not just getting my expertise, you're getting Suzanne, Courtney, and Liana's expertise. They're all outstanding leaders in their field. Suzanne Gunderson is a is a, um, an author, a best-selling author, and she is our, um, uh, sorry, uh, EFT. It lost— I lost my train of thought almost to the end of the end, and I lost my train of thought. She does EFT somatic work, and she's just wonderful. Um, the videos, um, you know, you can use the videos throughout the month for her and their suggested times to use her videos. Courtney is a cert— certified AFT practitioner. That stands for Aroma Freedom Technique, and that can be utilized using dried herbs, fruits and vegetables, or essential oils. But basically, that is a great processing tool as well, and she's going to tell you all about that. And then Leanna May is a clinical nutritionist She's a certified nutrition specialist. She's awesome. She specializes in infertility, and she's gonna give you all the, the good good on the recipes, what you should be eating, and how to heal after procedures and things like that. It's an amazing team. All right, so remember the woman that I was telling you about, my client earlier? All right, remember, 41, never pregnant, no No positive pregnancy test ever. Okay, it says, um, she's talking about out of the 11 eggs. Remember, she only got 3 the first time around. This time around, she got the 11 eggs, so they made it to blastocyte. All right, are you ready? I asked her how she was doing and she said, well, I've been reviewing some of the modules and the content here and there, but her transfer on, uh, the second transfer with those 11 eggs, they were— her transfer was successful. She says, "I can't believe it," and she's talking to me about her nausea, and clearly I'm getting all choked up. All kidding aside, she was over the moon. She was telling me about her pregnancy symptoms. She went through the program, did it to the letter, got 11 eggs, had one transfer that was unsuccessful, had this second transfer that was successful, and for the first time got that positive pregnancy test. And there she is holding that beautiful baby in her arms. What if, what if she had not said yes to what I'm presenting to you today? What if she had thought about it, got distracted, went about her business, tried to implement something on her own? What if she had not said yes to it? I'm not sure that she would be sitting here today holding that baby. I'm not sure that we would have that picture. So what's the investment? The investment is $497, and that's lifetime access. It also, um, is way, way, way less than a trip to the reproductive endocrinologist With labs, it's less than almost anything else that you can do in the reproductive world. And if you need a payment plan, um, absolutely, absolutely, we're going to accommodate that. So, um, what is some of the other people, other clients saying? The other women are saying, my doctor tested for what you suggested and it was off. So thankful for your support. You matter. Your health matters. We have to get to the root of what is going on with you, and pregnancy will be the outcome. Okay, thank you, you helped me feel so much better. Um, this one says, uh, just wanted to pop in and message you and say thank you, I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere. That could be you. You could be the person saying, I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere. You could message me and say, oh my gosh, that test that you told me that I needed to have them test me for came back positive for something. I finally feel like I'm getting the answers that I never got. Remember, you're getting all of this. You're not just getting me, you're getting the team as well. You're getting those pocket tools, you're getting the videos, you're getting the printouts, you're getting lifetime access. I hope that you don't need it. You're finding those gaps, you're getting the support to help you make the changes, the easy, small sustainable changes in your diet and lifestyle and removing the toxins that you need to make. Okay, so remember, Suzanne is an amazing EFT practitioner. That's a somatic practice. That's part of your pocket tools that you can take with you so that you can help your body cope. We need to cope so that you can continue, right? Courtney, the same. She's gonna give you those pocket tools and help you. And Leanna is the nutrition expert. She's got tons of great recipes and nutrition supplements to help optimize your body for pregnancy. So consider saying yes today. Consider thinking about what the next 3 months are gonna look like for yourself if you don't say yes today, right? Remember that beautiful baby she's holding in her arms, and that story might have turned out totally different. My story might have turned out totally different, and if I hadn't said yes, if I had— like, I completely understand, so many people do— went home and crawled in a hole because a doctor told me that they couldn't help me and that meant I couldn't get pregnant. That is not true. Just because a doctor tells you that they can't help you, it does not mean that you cannot get pregnant. This is this woman's, my client's insurance policy for her IVF, and the insurance policy paid off. She was able to get pregnant, got that positive pregnancy test, and now is holding that beautiful baby for $497. So thank you so much for joining me tonight. I, uh, I appreciate you so much, and you're— I, I'm voting your victory. Bye-bye.
