Happy Monday! It's Mythbusting Monday, and this is a big one. I didn't know that this was such a myth for people. And if you saw my live on Friday, you know I'm having some technical difficulties, so I'm just trying to check, make sure that we're all good. Okay, we have audio. Friday, you know, I'm having some technical difficulties. Now we're having more technical— trying All right, my cycles are regular but I can't get pregnant. Why can't I get pregnant? So this myth has to do with ovulation. If you are having a regular cycle, true or false, that means that you're ovulating every month. The answer to this question is actually false. You can have a regular cycle, you can be very regular actually, and not be ovulating every month. So we're going to talk about 3 different points as far as why you can't get pregnant if your cycles are regular. So number 1, ovulation. We want to track that. So if you are new to the infertility world, that's easily accomplished with just, uh, an ovulation predictor kit. Um, because you might be using a lot of them, you can buy them in bulk. So Amazon, all of that kind of stuff. So the second point is you could have regular cycles and you can't get pregnant because your husband might have issues with his sperm. So a lot of times I will talk to clients and they have been very far down the testing road. With reproductive endocrinologists. They've had all kinds of tests themselves with their gynecologist, and their husband has not been looked at even one time, has not even been brought up in the conversation. That's how it was with me. We went through all of this process, and then three-quarters of the way through, they said, hmm, maybe we should check your husband. It happens all the time, you guys. It should be consecutive. You should be getting tested and your husband should be getting tested right off the bat. A third of all infertility cases is male factor infertility. Let that sink in. Women go through all these tests, some of them really invasive, only to come to find out that it's their husband that has the fertility problem. Okay, so point number 2, make sure that you get your husband tested while you're going through the testing process too. Only makes sense. The third point is just because you have a regular cycle and it's on time, it's very, you know, it's regular, and you still can't get pregnant doesn't mean that you couldn't have an underlying condition such as uterine fibroids. Had them, had a lot of them. Ovarian cysts, PCOS, could be keeping you from getting pregnant even though your cycles are regular. And on top of that, you could have endometriosis. Now I've been seeing more and more clients with silent endometriosis, which is less symptomatic than the terrible pain, horrible bleeding, clotting, and things like that that you normally see with endometriosis. So that's Mythbusting Monday. I just wanna give you guys a heads up. Summer's here, and that means my kids are home. So we're gonna switch our live times probably this sometime in the morning, um, so that I can be here for you consistently and we can go on with our day and enjoy our summer. So I want to continue to support you in that way. Also launching my Accelerate Your Fertility Bootcamp. I only have a few spots available that are founder spots at 40% off, and we're going to do a 12-week deep dive bootcamp and uncover all the things that could be affecting your fertility. Um, get your body in. And when I say body, and when I say boot camp, this is not exercise, okay? This is not that kind of boot camp. But what it is, is it's micro resets that are affecting your fertility in a few key areas. So if you're interested in that, let's have a conversation. I want to make sure that you're a good fit. You can drop me a DM. Health and blessings to you guys. I will see you on Wednesday. Bye-bye.
