It is a solo, conversational livestream/monologue by the host (single speaker, labeled SPEAKER A) sharing her personal story about conceiving after being told she had a 1% chance. The speaker offers practical fertility-focused diet and lifestyle advice—making small, lasting changes; treating the body as if already pregnant; reducing toxin exposure (calls out laundry products, recommends organic meat/coffee alternatives, avoiding alcohol/caffeine and certain processed foods); and suggests joining her Facebook group and a free 5-day “Jumpstart Your Fertility” challenge. She also references ewg.org and notes her new streaming schedule (Mon/Wed/Fri, 8 AM ET).

Happy summer to everybody. Happy June 1st. If you're watching this in replay, um, let me know, uh, when you watch this. But today it is the morning of June 1st, and I am happy to see you today. We're talking a little bit about my story and the diet lifestyle changes that I made to get pregnant. Um, I get asked this question all the time. What, what did you do to get pregnant after you were told that you had a 1% chance of getting pregnant and no opportunity for IVF? Tell me all the things. So I do tell you all the things in my Facebook group. And, um, when I get done with this video, I'm going to drop the link, uh, to join us over there. We're getting ready to do a 5-day challenge, uh, called Jumpstart Your Fertility, completely free. So if you want to jump in the group, then, um, you'll have that resource for you. So, um, the morning— these mornings are going to be a little bit more casual because honestly, I've been up for a while, but I'm still waking up. All right, so the process that I went through to make the diet lifestyle changes were long for longevity. Okay. And so I say that because people will say to me, oh my gosh, I'm going crazy. Don't eat this. Don't eat that. Take all these supplements. Stop drinking alcohol. Stop drinking caffeine. I can't do that for the rest of my life. And what I would say to you is, excuse me, what I would say to you is stop thinking about it for the rest of your life. And if you got pregnant today, right? If you got pregnant today, you would cut your caffeine, stop drinking alcohol, eat better, take a multivitamin, take your prenatal, right? So we have to do that ahead of time. And that's kind of how I treated it. I'm sure that you've heard this is not a new concept to treat your body and to live the lifestyle as if you were already pregnant. So it's easier said than done. So I'm going to give you some tips this morning that I use to help implement this strategy and build on it so that I was eating healthier, removing toxins, and living a healthier and healthier, progressive— progressively healthier lifestyle. So the first thing that I would say to you is pick an area in your life, um, that you are not super attached to in terms of product. Pick an area. I— let me see if I can be more clear. Some people, when I tell them to switch out their laundry products, they are in love. They love their laundry products. They love the scent of whatever detergent they've been using for the past their whole life, that their mom used, that smells like mom, all the whole thing. They just can't imagine switching their laundry products. If that's not you, if you can easily switch out your laundry product, start there. By the way, if you saw my stories yesterday, the number one thing that everybody uses every day that has the highest level of toxicity— I'm not saying this, you can go to ewg.org, that's environmentalworkinggroup.org, Um, is your laundry products. Okay, I'm not going to go down that rabbit hole today, but your laundry products, um, unless you're intentionally looking for toxin-free solutions, contain the most hormone and endocrine disruptors. And we are in our clothes or on our sheets 23.5 hours a day, and they're off-gassing. So you could start with laundry products is my point. Um, you could start with If you like coffee but you're not married to coffee, or if you love coffee, switch your coffee out for something that you know that doesn't have a lot of pesticides. A lot— what I'm saying to you is start somewhere. Pick a few areas and start somewhere. Don't say, blah, I can't do it all, I'm not going to do anything. Don't say that. Hopefully Facebook won't pick that last expression to put on my, uh, on my cover. But don't just throw everything away or give up or not do anything because you can't do everything all at once. Find something that you're not, um, that you're not overly committed to and start there. Okay, so, uh, if you eat a lot of meat and you know you eat a lot of meat, try to start there with organics. We want to make small lasting changes. And we do want to treat our bodies like we're already pregnant because honestly, as women, we're carrying all our eggs around our whole life, right? And so we want to, we want to switch our mindset as health being the, um, overall goal and pregnancy is the outcome of that. Okay, so these are some of the things that I did to switch over. And remember, Remember, we all say to ourselves, hey, if I got pregnant today, I would stop drinking coffee, alcohol, stop eating lunch meat, stop doing all these things. So these are small things that you can do. Pick a point, pick a meal, pick one meal to work on a week to clean up, okay? If you're a coffee drinker or if you're like just have pastry or something like that in the morning, switch to something a little healthier. Okay, I'm repeating myself now. I'm gonna go have my breakfast. I will see you here tomorrow with more, um, actually not tomorrow. I'm here Monday, Wednesday, Friday, my new summer schedule. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8 AM Eastern Standard Time. If you happen to be watching on YouTube, go ahead and hit that like and subscribe. Health and blessings. Bye-bye.
