What stops you from getting pregnant? The things that we're going to talk about today might be new to you. Toxins, caffeine, and alcohol. There's a lot of scientific data supporting this. Hormone processing happens in your liver and kidneys, and we know that alcohol affects both of those organs. Undiagnosed physical issues. Wouldn't I know? Wouldn't I have pain if I have endometriosis? More and more I'm seeing cases of silent endometriosis where there's not like the terrible painful symptoms. Things like PCOS being undiagnosed, undiagnosed thyroid disease. You are told you are in range, but it's not in range for you. Stress and trauma, and in turn insomnia. Trauma has to be dealt with when you're going through the infertility process. It affects your hormones, it affects your sleep. There's a lot of things physiologically in your body that happen when you go through trauma, and infertility itself is trauma itself.
